Customer Care Agent
Role Profile Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in how we serve and support our viewers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
As a member of the Customer Care team, you will handle inbound communication, ensure accurate system updates, and coordinate across departments to deliver seamless support and operational excellence.
Job Description:
The position holder will join the Commercial Department & Marketing within the Customer Care department of the company, with primary responsibilities including:
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries with a professional and helpful approach
• Monitor and update TV program records in the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) system
• Maintain organized communication across departments to ensure data accuracy and resolution flow
• Manage email correspondence with viewers, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Register and process requests in the company’s internal systems and databases
• Prepare and update basic numerical reports (Excel)
• Collaborate with various departments to support day-to-day commercial and operational activities
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Vocational Training Institute (IEK), Technological Educational Institute (TEI), or University (AEI).
• Proficiency in English (B1 level).
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (ECDL preferred), Internet, and social media.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar customer service position.
