Marketing & Communication Executive
Role Profile Description:
We are looking for a talented Marketing & Communication Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success
The holder of this position will join the Commercial & Marketing Department, in the Marketing & Customer Care department of the company and will have the following main duties:
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Marketing Strategy and activation (Brand, Marketing, Communication)
- Social Media Management and Campaigns overview
- Website development and maintenance with up-to-date trends
- Research: Design, analysis of insights and data (qualitative, quantitative)
- Performance analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns/activities, data collection and evaluation (campaign results, website traffic, etc.)
- Management, smooth operation, effective guidance & collaboration of the responsibility team (Customer Care & Digital Marketing )
- Continuous improvement of the customer service experience
- Development of department procedures, policies, and specifications
- Resource control and utilization of resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals
Necessary qualifications:
• University Degree with direction/specialization in Marketing
• At least 6 years of experience in a related position with particular emphasis on:
- Marketing services (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns - conventional and digital)
- Market research and analysis
- Website and social media management
- Identifying target audiences, creatively devising and utilizing various marketing campaign channels that engage, inform and promote interest
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, marketing software, relevant applications (web analytics tools, Google Adwords, Hootsuite, etc.) and familiarity with image editing tools
• Knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and trends
• Good knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
• Organizing skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Creativity
• Analytical thinking and quantitative analysis skills
• Adaptability and appetite for learning new technologies
• Team spirit and ability to take initiative
